NOTE: These three stones had no surname. They have since been identified as the children of Geoge Horace FOSTER and Agnes (BADORE) FOSTER. On February 12, 2022 David H. Foster e-mailed me the following: "I offer the complete information related to the above from the family tree I have compiled over the last 25 years, I visited the St Bridget's Cemetery around 1996.
John Herbert Foster b. March 28, 1893, Westville, NY   d. July 11, 1903, Springfield, Mass   (Herbert died from tetanus that resulted from a cap gun discharged into his hand on the 4th of July 1903, he was one of two boys from Springfield to die from the same cause that July)
      Guy Henri Foster b. April 14, 1895, Westville, NY   d. November 18, 1897 (age 2yrs, 7mo.)
      Leon Walter Foster b. August 5, 1897, Westville, NY   d. January 10, 1898 (age 5 mo.)
My great grandmother Agnes inherited the farm in Westville, NY that belonged to her parents, William Badore and his wife Mary Thomas, and although they lived over the years in NH and MA Agnes came back to NY to give birth to her last three children and decided to bury them there too. Their two children who survived to adulthood were my grandfather Edgar George Foster (1888 - 1957) and Mary Winifred Foster Moran (1890 - 1956) both were born in Nashua, NH. I think Agnes and George wanted to come back to live on the farm permanently, but her blindness and his health probably forced them to return to Springfield, MA where he died in 1943. Then Agnes moved to live with my grandparents in Stoughton, MA where she died in 1961 after sadly burying all of her children. I remember her reading children's books to us that were upside down but that she knew by heart!"
NOTE: An additional e-mail from David H. Foster dated June 25 2023 states the following:
"It's been interesting to me and a big struggle to deal with the different spellings of my great grandmother's last name. Her oldest son's birth certificate states her last name as Bedard and other documents I've found spell it as Bedore and Badore. But the truth of the spelling of her last name was most clearly revealed to me recently in two documents.
The first is the deed that documents her brother Fred Badore of Chicago, Jennette O'Connors of Malone, NY and Margaret Reynolds of Constable granting ownership of their father's homestead in Westville to her and her husband in 1926. Also, I found that her marriage is documented at St. Bridget's in Trout River, NY and in that document she is listed as Agnes Badore. Her father was William A. Badore and her mother was Mary E. Thomas. William and Mary are buried at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Westville."
